I am not sure there posted anywhere and your best option is to email the 
kingdom MOA/S and ask your question specifically.  If your feeling 
delicate go for try levels.  If you can be tough about criticism, then 
go for the gusto.  Then when you are entering kingdom A&S for real, You 
will be better prepared, and won't get hit unexpectedly off guard when 
you have put lots and lots of effort into all three different entries.
