11:00 AM  Lay out the archery range.

                We will be setting the line and measuring the distances to
each target.

01:00 PM  Set up the target butts.

                 We will be driving the t-posts for each target, attaching
the anti-blow through carpet, and tying the target butts to the t-posts.

                  Later in the afternoon the Baronial Roof will be set up.

You are more than welcome to come and help with any of these activities.
The afternoon is where we will need the most help.
