As Sabi said, you're more than welcome to use the name that you've chosen on the entry form.  The submissions process takes a little bit more time than we have between now and Queen's Prize (on the order of 6-8 months usually).  I didn't get anything from the website email servers this weekend, so if you could resend that either to [log in to unmask] or to [log in to unmask], I'll get the ball rolling on that.
