To the populace of MagMor from L. Etienette Bluet, autocrat

Please do not think, "Oh this is a fighting event and there's nothing for me."  There is a lot to be accomplished to put the shine on our barony and a lot of satisfaction in being a part of it all.  It is a chance to get to know one another better.

We need YOU to attend and serve at this kingdom level event that is one of our two annual opportunities.  The doors open at 7am at Christianson Field in Fremont and we have a yurt to set up for visiting royals.  The doors open to our guests at 8am and we like to have people manning the wagons to help fighters get their equipment unloaded and into site.  Gyda can use some additional help at the troll tables during this hectic time, too.

During the morning Gwyneth might have tasks for you in unloading for inn, preparing and serving lunch, and for the clean up afterwards.  There will be two waterbearing stations to serve the fighters throughout the day, contact Laura about scheduling time for that.  And of course, Owain will have a chirurgeon's station too.

When the fighting is done and and the fighters gone to a well deserved dinner and post revel there will still be be clean up to be done and a yurt to take down and load up.  The more help we can have for all these things, the more we can all enjoy the other fun of the event, too.

YIS
