Thanks to all of you who have offered to help.  

Indeed, Zino, the more, the merrier!  With so many people volunteering to help, prep should go quickly.  Then it's just a matter of the time it takes to actually cook things.

I believe the church as at least 1 electric roaster, but I have 2, so will bring them--just in case.  I'll also bring knives and cutting boards.
