Hi, my name is Aurore, I have been subscribing to this
list for a while, reading some great comments and
interesting informations.
Now, it is my turn to ask for help...
I need some advice on how to deal with a copyright
issue. I am currently doing illustrations for some
people with whom I have a written agreement stating
that they can use my illustrations as long as the
copyright and artist informations are being displayed.
The person I am in contact with recently told me that
a newspaper has been using my image omitting the
copyright as he instructed them.
I will contact the newspaper company to see what they
say, but if anyone could suggest anything I would
really appreciate it!
Thanks.
Aurore.
