Help..monitor problem

Could anyone tell me if they know how to fix a wiggly monitor.  My screen
seems to shake a bit.
I can't figure out if it is the refresh rate or if something else is
wrong.
 I tried changing the OSD settings,
 but it seems to be the same.  Is there some other setting that I need to
be looking at and adjusting?
It isn't so bad that I can't work, but it is just a little hard on the
eyes.
Has anyone had this problem?  And more importantly, a solution!
