There are groups and organizations which offer insurance to artists. I need
to look into that myself and I think I have some info. somewhere. (Now, if I
could just remember where. . . )

I do recall that the American Craft Council used to offer something pretty
good. You have to join to get it, and it was $100 a year some years back for
a membership. You don't have to be a craft artist to join, though. The
Artists Equity Association offers insurance too. Seems to me it's a few
hundred dollars a year no matter what you get or where you get it.
