The Apple Pencil is awesome. It's really well-designed. It just feels good to draw with it. It's Bluetooth but it seems to keep the connection better than the Adonit. It also works more predictably with various apps. Other ones you often need to set it up in each app, which isn't that difficult, but the Pencil usually just works the way it's supposed to in each app without any set up. Some apps even detect the tilt of the Pencil which is really cool. The palm rejection works quite well. Not perfect but better than others I've tried.
The combination of the large iPad Pro and Pencil is great. The art apps are getting much better too. Procreate is worth checking out. Sketching is great with it. I haven't had time to try making a finished work with it yet though.
