Well, I just got my latest newsletter, & have already answered one inquiry,
so guess I'd better speak up:
Our 1997 Summer Conference Web page does not yet exist! <:(

You see, the newsletter stuff gets written 3 months before it appears...
Unfortunately, the would-be developer of our site had to drop out, & I've
been too rushed to take it on.

The good news is that we now have a volunteer, so the page should be up in
April(hopefully). It can then be accessed from the UCSC Science
Communication page: http://natsci.ucsc.edu/acad/scicom/
Meanwhile, you'll have to stay posted by way of the newsletter.

My apologies for any disappointment this has caused!
