Hello all you SciArters,

The GNSI Board of Directors has asked me to to ask you a big question.  Is
there a free or really cheap home out there to Host a GNSI web site?  The
Board of Directors appears to be ready to designate a hosting site, now we
need a candidate.

We are looking for a long term home for the GNSI web site, but are on a
limited budget.  Are there any of our Institutional members or Business
members who would be able to host a site?

The following consideration should be taken into account:

1. We would want our own Web Domain address (www.-----.org), I think there
are ways it could be rerouted to another Domain name if you are not able to
support one directly.

2. Access to a T-1 line for reasonable speed.  I expect we will eventually
be hosting some galleries of online art.

3. The potential for integrating database services sometime in the future.

4. Some of the pages will need to be updated on a monthly basis, the
content will not be static, so we would need webmaster, or multiple
PageMasters accessing the site to replace information. If the owners of the
servers will not allow access from the outside for updating, then this
would have to be done from inside your group.

If you think your Instiution or Business might be receptive to hosting a
non-profit educational site dedicated to disiminating the Art of Visual
