Hi Kate.

I just recently worked with a company called Tees-me (awkward way to
answer the phone) and they did an unbelievable job on a 4-color process
t-shirt.  I sent them a colored pencil drawing on film (the film was
helpful to them for some reason).  The drawing was a fairy shrimp pair
which I did for a t-shirt for the Vernal Pool Association.  It cost VPA
the following:

$6.75/shirt
$25.00/screen (5 were needed)
$150.00 for the color separation (they are keeping this on file along with
the screens so that they won't need to paid for again)

*the stipulation on these is a 144-piece minimum*

We had them use Oneida 100% cotton t's and were very happy with the
quality and colors.
