I can't answer the LLC question, but if you are going to do formal registration, you should plan to 
send in collections of images every three months. You have 90 days from the time of publication to 
register for full protection. so it you register your materials as collection every 3 month you are 
always covered. That is my understanding, but consult a specialist in copyright law for a definitive 
answer.
