I disagree,  Ms. Boone  stated right up front that she was doing a school
research project.   I admit she lacks tact, but that is a failing in many
people.  I also admit she has not focused her needs very well, again a
failing ao many people.  She seems to be asking for some very general
information, hardly trade secrets.
