This is my first encounter with this question.  Can any of you out there
help
me?

In a licensing agreement with someone from another state, does the artist
set
the agreement to be in accordance with the laws of her own state of
residence, or those of the Licensee?  If arbitration is necessary, should
that be set up for the state in which she resides, or of the Licensee?  Do
common sense and legal sense overlap here?
