Hi Liz,

I've been away for a week and just looked at your question below. I'm
on a Mac and also use quickbooks, same version as you do. I just
backup my company file to a PC floppy and put the PC extension on the
name (which is:  .qbw). My accountant uses QB2000. She just double
clicks on my file to open it.
