The kind of question you are asking is one only you can answer. Weigh your
possibilities, abilities, etc. and aim for what you think best for yourself,
with an eye to balancing your goals with your needs.  Not knowing the climate
or character of the company from which you seek employment I could not advise
any particular course of action.  I'd make a pitiful "dear Abby". . . sorry.
