Hi Kelly and all,

When you log into your ASCRL dashboard, tab to "Distributions available to you". You show see this:

1. Add Publications & Counts Completed
2. Provide Proof of Identity Completed
3. Update Payment Preferences Completed
4. Submit Claim Completed --- be sure it says "completed" here!

below that:

Pictoright Fall Visual Art	open	2019-10-22 - 2019-11-22	Visual Art	Submitted	General Fund

The claim is open now and closes this Friday, 11/22/19. Make sure it says "submitted". If it does not, on the far right of the same line is a button that says "Make/edit claim" click that and make the claim.

Longer term, ASCRL is planning to do away with each of us signing onto each claim. Yay! They reworking the policy/mechanism to make the distributions automatic to all people registered with ASCRL who qualify for each claim pool.

Hi Taina,

Thanks for encouraging us to do this and keeping us in the loop.

I logged into my ASCRL account but I don't see any open claims. I've
benefited from the last two funds disbursements - do I need to do anything
specific to register for the third, or is the registration a one-time thing
and then you just sit back and watch the royalties roll in? :)

CCing the whole list in case someone else has this question, too.

Please let me know if there's someone else that I should direct this
question to.
