Hello everyone -
I'm new to this list but I already have a question for anyone who can help. I'm interested in wildlife art and would like to get into painting stamps - duck stamps, habitat stamps, etc. I have the website for the Federal Duck Stamp but have been unable to find out any information about state contests. Can anyone help me out? Thank you.
