The address is correct.  I suppose I left off the
prefix, so if you want to get there by just clicking
on the address, this should work:

http://home.earthlink.net/~ironwing/artwork.html

With a new machine you can type the address in
without the http prefix and it works (we tried it this
morning) but with an older machine you'll have to
use the prefix - since it's not a www site, some
machines might not recognize it as an address.
