For the ones interested in how I solved my copyright
infringement...
I called the person in charge of the newspaper to
discuss the issue. I will receive a letter of apology
and a small compensation within a week, as it is too
late for them to print a correction.
I am not too concerned about my illustration being
reproduced out of their paper, since it is printed on
newsprint.
Well, the person understood my situation and we came
to a fair agreement in a very short amount of time.
