A few weeks back, someone had asked for advice concerning the managenemt
of projects and getting other individuals involved to meet deadlines.
It was a very timely letter that matched a project we were working on.
But I verbally passsed on the information and tossed the actual letters
and responses. As it turns out, they are now trying to fire a colleague
for the way a job was handled. I was hoping that whoever wrote that, or
anyone else, might have a copy of that letter and the following threads
so that I may give this to him and he might be able to present it to his
bosses to show that it often happens everywhere, which is basically what
the crux of the original letter was about. Could anyone send me
copies. We might help to save his job.
