Hi all,
I am pleased to announce that the GNSI '98 WWW site up and running!
The site was designed and programed by David Blum who is currently a
student in the Biological/Pre-Medical Illustration program at Iowa State
University. I'm sure he would like to hear any and all comments concerning
functionality. You can email him at [log in to unmask]
Please note that we are getting information both on presenters and
sites/times on a daily basis thus the site will be updated at least once a
week (perhaps more as the conference draws near)! In the near future you
will also be able to virtually navigate to Ames via a variety of maps. ISU
maps with important buildings such as dorm facilities and conference rooms
will be available too.
The committee will be sending out advanced registration forms within the
next few days so be looking for them. We will also have the ability to
register from the WWW site.
Things are coming together nicely but as always, more presenters are
certainly welcome. If you have a technique, have done some exciting
research/illustration, been dealing with computers/computer
problems/computer solutions, or have information on business affairs (not
the Clinton kind), the committee would like to hear from you.
Here's the URL... check back often!
