My friend said an Illustrator Guru told her one time a way that you can make a "package", so to speak of all fonts, images, and layouts for an illustrator file. She can't find the option right now to do this.  

 I'm having some issues transferring my Illustrator layout with 4 images, and labels between computers.  I can't go back to the original computer right now, but every time I open the file in Illustrator it gives me the warning about changing fonts, as the source font doesn't seem to be there.  I just recently loaded CS2 on this computer.

I'm pretty sure I used Arial originally, and probably used an oblique or italic font style.  So it surprises me that it is having trouble opening this document with this very common font.  It is trying to substitute whatever the original file was with Helvetica oblique.  I have since changed all the fonts and labels back to Arial italic.  And it still gives me this message.

My friend thought that Arial is not the same on all computers, and different manufacturers create slightly different Arials.  Is this true?

We're still in the revision process of this document so the labels may need to be edited again.  So I need to preserve this ability.  I will have to send the .ai files to the scientist, again, and he has CS4, I have CS2.  So I'm not sure if that's one issue.

Is there any way I can make a 'package' that includes fonts, illustrations all in one folder, so if I send this to someone all fonts and everything will be included?
