The Handbook is being revised but there are copies somewhere enroute
between the Van Nostrand Reinhold and John Wiley & sons (new publisher)
warehouses.  You can order it but it might be delayed in delivery.  Leslie
still orders copies.  The price might go up because Wiley is threatening to
reduce the very generous discount VNR gave GNSI.  Leslie orders copies as
requests arrive and the books are sent directly from the warehouse.  GNSI
usually has no copies on hand.

The book is in its fifth printing as far as I know.  New revision will not
be out before 2000.
