Keynote is Mac's version of Powerpoint. I don't know how compatible it
is with Powerpoint, but I don't think that's an issue in this case.

Another solution might be to go Publish --> Package for CD, which
collects the PowerPoint file, all supporting linked files (ie video
files) and bundles it up with a PowerPoint "player" that can run the
file itself. This option will let you burn directly to a CD or to a
file that you can transfer to a flash drive. I would take a CD version
along just in case as a backup--flash drives can be temperamental I've
found.

As far as the sleep issue goes, like Kathleen said, just temporarily
lengthen (or eliminate) the sleep option via the control panel.   Good
