If a springtime trip to Denver sounds appealing, save March 16-17, 2013 
on next year's calendar for the Western Interior Paleontological Society 
(WIPS) 2013 Founders Symposium, Ice Worlds and Their Fossils. It's sure 
to be cool. WIPS symposia not only raise money for students and 
researchers in paleontology but also offer stimulating presentations and 
a growing exhibition of paleo art produced by Colorado artists.

      A Reminder for all Members:

The Fall 2012 issue of the GNSI Journal of Natural Science Illustration 
<http://www.gnsi.org/store/product/gnsi-journal-natural-science-illustration-2012-no4> 
is now available for download. We have a large amount of content in this 
issue - a few of the items are available to look at by clicking on the 
linked items in publication description on the web site. The full 
printed version has been shipped! It should arrive in mailboxes in early 
December (for those with non-electronic memberships.)

The Journal Digital download is *FREE* to GNSI members when they login 
to the GNSI website <http://www.gnsi.org>. Others may download it for $12.
