Treasurer: The quarterly report for the 4th quarter is done. The event
report for Cattle Raids (23 September 2000) is also done.
A&S: There are a few days left to enter Queen's Prize. At this point, e-mail
is the best alternative. Vasilla is encouraging everyone to make a personal
Seneschal: A deputy to replace her by early fall or late summer is needed.
The position of Chronicler is open - Isadora is only interim chronicler.
General: Thursday next week (18 January 2000) will be an all-craft's night
at Sabi and Arne's. A Largesse Steward position has been created; Etienette
Music: One week from Thursday (18 January 2000) at 7:30 pm at Volkmar and
Archery: Friday nights at 6:30 pm. At Prairie Bowman's range.
The next demo is a Blue and Gold Banquet at 6:00 or 6:30 pm on Sunday 25
February at the 1st Lutheran Church at 1651 South 70th. They wish to have a
fighting demo as well as information about the group and the guilds.
A demo at Brownell Elementary School (60th and Holdrege) on Thursday 1 March
2001 at 6:30 to 8:00 pm was discussed. This demo is in connection with a
Renaissance Festival at the school. The group agreed to do the demo.
Baronial A&S: Juliana will possibly serve as autocrat. A discussion of
possible dates brought up 12 May and 17 March. More discussion will occur
Lilies 2001: The Lilies committee would like each Barony to commit to cover
Troll during a 24 hour block. It is suggested that we coordinate our shift
with smaller groups (the Pit, Spinning Winds, etc.)
A post revel site is still sought. The Lincoln Women's Center is the likely
site. To be discussed at the Financial committee meeting after Moot.
Troll will be at the entrance to Cook Pavilion .
Parking will be in the non-metered part of the lot directly west of the
Site opens at 10:00 am. Troll opens @ 10 am. M&N is available earlier (9:00
Court time is not yet set. However, the King will teach a class at about
10:30 (or 11:00) in the Pit at the M&N building - Court will likely start at
War Maneuvers will start after lunch (2:00 pm estimated). The schedule may
change to avoid having armor-clad individuals sitting through Court.
Five rooms will be available in the M&N building for use during the event.
Pizza will be served for lunch (Campi will provide this ).
Cook Pavilion will be available to us until 10:00 pm. Fighting will likely
stop about 6:30 pm, and will likely be followed by an Iren Fyrd meeting.
Five classes for non-fighters are scheduled.
Cora will do a press release.
Chatelaine should be available at Cook Pavilion to explain us to the public.
Fighter practice in Lonely Tower will be Sunday at the regular site.
