This helps me out quite a bit. I was starting to think that S-corporations
might be too complicated.
My accountant finally told me....that what I perceive as complicated, such
as taxes, forms and holdings is what he likes to do.... and can take care
of it for me. He mentioned that he can do the payroll for me and will keep
track of all the tax stuff. It sounds like the same setup that you have for
your company. The tax advantages seem to make it worth it.
It is good to know that incorporating your studio has worked for you. I
will do some more reading, and make my decision soon.
