I added Comcast cable internet when I got my computer so I didn't
switch over....that being said, it took no time to be up and running.
I got an eMac and we added the cable internet along with a router so
that my wife could access the internet as well from her cobbled
together PC. Aside from problems getting her PC hooked up to the
internet (lack of ethernet and lack of the original Windows MT systems
disks (for additions of an ethernet card) we had no problems getting
her hooked up as well.
Do know if this helps at all, but I hope it does...
