Hello all. I am another newcomer to the list. I feel a bit shy introducing
myself. My name is Laura Callin Bennett. I graduated from Stanford four years
ago with a major in art and a minor in biology. Now I am planning to apply to
the graduate program in science illustration at the University of California
Santa Cruz Extension.

I am interested in learning more about full-time staff jobs available to
science illustrators. According to the poll on science-art.com, there are at
least 21 people on this list who have jobs like that. I would like to ask
those people a few questions. Where do you work, and what is your job title?
How did you find out about the job, and how did you get hired?
