Who exactlly is going to make sure everyone is wearing their seat belts?
Arkansas law states that any child under X weight and age must be secrued in
a car seat facing to the rear or the front depending on age weight etc.
Now how many times do you think I have seen a child obviously well within
this age weight catagory setting on mama's lap while they drive down the
road? More then I care to recall.
YET! there is a law that says they have to be. YET! they aren't, so tell me
again how exactlly this law insures that everyone follows it 100% of the time?
Who exactlly is going to go around checking every single vehicle on the road
to make sure everyone is buckled in? And while that person is doing that who
is making sure the real criminals are getting caught? Or will all criminals
in the future only be caputured when they forget to buckle up.
