Any time I prepare food for people who I don't know, I always label
the food. Recently, at the Cook's Symposium I did this with my savory
pies. If I make those same pies for family and friends I don't hand
them an ingredient card. If I am cooking in camp form camp mates, I
don't do this. But for a feast or even a pot luck I always do.
Are you saying your daughter has an allergy to raw milk? I would love
to hear more about this for the research I am doing for school. I
haven't come across this but would need to know more so my essay is as
factual as possible.
