I have never seen this problem, as I get all my messages individually (that way I can respond
quickly on a topic.)
I think you are probably right however. People who get the materials and have email readers that do
not read the HTML properly are likely the cause.
Please trim your included material to just the amount needed to have your response in context, everyone!
