Gerald, may I suggest that instead of inviting *all* the kingdoms, we select one per year? And have a rotating invite between the four/five kingdoms most likely to come: Middle, Merridies, Glean Abhein, Ansteora, and North Shield. If time cost of travel is what is keeping local people away, I doubt we would see many wasting four days of vacation just getting here from the coast.

I don't know who or how to organize something like should be organized, but the Idea was a good one. Perhaps ask a different kingdom to do something each year-get them more involved.

We have become a high end game where the "stuff" has gotten fairly expensive. Young people cannot always afford this expense. Not so much in site fees but in general overall playing (or even "kit" costs).
