This is the document that Geoff, Sally and I have prepared for those travelling to Australia for the GNSI conference in June/July 2019.
I've uploaded the document into the files area of the GNSI Members Facebook group but this is the direct link in google docs. Please let me know if you have any problems seeing it or you find any major typos or sentences that don't quite make sense.
Also happy to explore further options or ideas you might have heard about. Geoff is our Queensland specialist. I've travelled there but he lives there. I've spent a lot of time travelling around the rest of it slowly by van and have lived in many far flung areas from each other so also have intimate knowledge of many places.
The list isn't exhaustive. This is a huge country which many people underestimate in size and distance. Many Australians never leave their side of the country because of this limiting factor. So you may have heard about other locations that we can help inform you about in more details. Feel free to contact me directly if you have enquiries or questions.
Cheers and looking forward to meeting many of you! This will be literally the best time of year to visit.
