They offer a range of templates that appear a bit “edgier” than traditional, but my own site does not look particularly ground-breaking - it’s really all about customizing their assorted layouts to fit your idea (it also looks like they now have a variety of options that include animated components, which were not available when I signed up). 

I love the ease of use with Cargo programming - updating or adding projects is super easy, and they have an expansive online knowledge base that you can tap into if you have questions (never as frustrating to trouble-shoot as I expect). I did end up having a friend do some customization for me (vey minor aesthetic adjustment) and I think that required a paid-level subscription, but they do offer free plans.
