If working in Windows enviroment, you don't even need a shareware
software for screen-capturing. Press "Alt" and "Print Screen" at the
same time while you have your image on the screen. Then go in
Photoshop, ask for a new file (Ctrl+N) This it will automatically
create a blank page at the size of your screen-capture. Then press
Ctrl+V, and voila: you have your screen-image in a Photoshop document.

You could always take one of those shareware screen-capture programs like
Flash-It, and just turn your 3D image into a PICT or JPG image directly.
That's a real simple way to do the trick.
