Clicking on the page icon in the page setup window to switch it to
showing dimensions only works in the Stylus RIP printer window, but with
any app. I can use Stylus RIP printing direct from my 7600/G3 even when
networked to another computer using ethernet. It launches an app which
requires Appletalk (in the chooser) to be on, but doesn't seem to care
what the Appletalk control panel is set to. BTW the Epson Stylus RIP
printer driver doesn't seem to list either the "B" size, Tabloid, or
ledger. But you can set up a custom page size.
