Yes, Frank. Your predictions concerning both the vortex and the paradigm
shift were correct. A paradigm shift is not bad. But it is different.
Often we are startled by change into expanding our awareness of what is
going on in the broader world, also into redefining who we are. I think
all "creatives" are more connected that we imagined. And We see that we
all have to evolve to a higher level in our work. Yes, I hope to revisit
these issues from time to time with other artists. I'm back in my
deadlines again too.
By the way, since I lost my agent last summer, I'm getting better work
than ever just on my own.
Let me repeat this quote I liked at the bottom of Kristina Rasmussen's
"We have to learn to stop being a colonial people, to stop looking into
other people's eyes and trying to see what it is that they want from
