As far as timing to get artwork to Australia in time, I think I'd recommend contacting Leslie Randall of UC Davis, who won an award in 2008 I think it was. She is in the GNSI Directory, I'm sure as she's a member. She made the timing work for her and she's even on the west coast, Linda!
