My name is Kelly Lewis , I don't post to the listserve often but love to follow it. I've been teaching at Tower Hill and through Local schools and Libraries for the last 5 years. I'm an active colored pencil artist and a member of ASBA, NESBA, CPSA , Just wanted to post some new classes I'm teaching in botanical art
Class titles are as follows:
Spring Bulbs in Colored Pencil: focusing on how to achieve the textures in the bulbs and the leaves,
working through composition and color glazing and burnishing techniques
Iris Portraits: focusing on various iris plants and how to use both color pencil and prismacolor markers to deepen and enhance the pencil.
Focus on Drawing: a two day workshop teaching perspective and how to accurately render plant leaves and petals.
