Hi Kristie and everyone else with the same question - Here's the meal deal. 
 
As I understand it, in June, I must report to the college who will be eating which meals in the Greenery Cafeteria... they'll issue some sort of meal ticket that will be in your packet when you register.  I must also give them a count of how many people will be at each meal so they prepare enough food for everyone... but not over-prepare.  
 
There is a small "grab-and-go" food shop that is open each day until around 2pm.  My experience with that shop (when I taught workshops at Evergreen) was that they have cold sandwiches and wraps, cold salads, yogurt, bananas... apples... juices, milk, tea, coffee... can't remember if they had soup to heat in a microwave... enough for a grab-it-and-go lunch... but certainly not the variety available in the Greenery Cafeteria.
 
If you are staying on-campus, each suite has a fridge and microwave... which could make a difference in your meal planning as well.

-Sorry if someone has already asked, but I was wondering if we can purchase the cafeteria meals at the conference as we go instead of signing up for a batch ahead of time. This has been possible in the past but I'm not certain about this year.  -Need to know before I register.
