To the People of Calontir,

Through the graciousness of the Event Steward, Lady Ximena, we have arranged space at Coronation for the painting of the scutum covers that will bear Master Pavel's Arms at this Pennsic. It will be adjacent the Commons Area, and marked with Pavel's own scutum.

Mistress Rhianwen, Master Kirk and Master Rhodri (and others) have prepared the covers with green and white. We must add the wren and cantons of purple (Crosses of Calatrava and Falcons will be added at Pennsic). Please come by and take up a brush. As always, it will be a work Calontir accomplishes together. For those with fine art skills, you will get the bird. For those, like myself, whose greatest artistic accomplishment is staying within the lines, there are acres of cantons to paint.
