There are a fair number of recordings on YouTube already, though only a handful of the Calontir standards. YouTube channel ShavaSue has a massive set of bardic recordings and isn't a bad place to start, but still has very few solo performances of things like Song of the Shieldwall.
For song ideas there are a clue of online archives:
www.calonsong.org has a decent list with some backing music
chivalry.com/cantaria has more, with some individual performances recorded
Song of the Shieldwall
The Battle of Maldon

>Getting the singer and the cameraman in the same place at the same time. :-)I will look into setting up a Youtube (or Vimeo?) channel for the project, and doing some test shoots.MathurinNon nobis solumMathurin, you're a peach. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. :DSo...okay....starting with the first question....I put it to you, Calontir.
What are the "must-knows" in the Calontir repetoire? Given the
theme of the upcoming Lilies, I think it would be sensible tostart with "Raven Banner." What else?
(We can work on permissions and logistics, once we have decided
on the songs)
