Evolutionary Art of J.J. Grandville, presented by Sandra R. Schachat, a 
National Science Foundation graduate research fellow and a researcher in 
the Smithsonian Department of Paleobiology since 2010.

London!) Monday, February 8, 2016
This exhibit competition is sponsored by the Association of Illustrators 
(AOI), based in London, a not-for-profit trade organisation promoting 
contemporary illustration and maintaining industry standards.

The World Illustration Awards are open to illustrators in any country 
working in any medium or context. The Terms of use seem to be very fair, 
with a variety of entry options, and they have a specific category 
called Research & Knowledge Communication [Illustration commissioned for 
the purpose of undertaking research and communicating knowledge.]
