Sounds pretty good to me.  Thanx for a response that makes sense to me!
In the meantime--the post was removed so I'm not going to worry about it.

OK, so my email also bounced- trying again:

Hmm.. i'll take a stab.

Suitable items:

Magmor announcements such as meetings, practices, and cancellations
News items of interest to scholars of medieval history
Local events medievally interesting, such as art exhibits or 'living history' performances
Items of clear and obvious interest to Magmor, such as armor/garb/A&S materials to sell/give away

Unsuitable items:

Funny cat pictures (unless medievally themed)
Random Youtube videos (likewise)
Most contemporary news items
Almost anything by Coldplay

Probably okay:

Mundane get-togethers with Magmor friends
Mundane items you nevertheless think belong in Magmor somehow
Whatever you sincerely believe might help us join as a community, explicitly medieval or not

Anyhow, those are my opinions. If you don't like them, i have others.

Relevant to not much, is anyone else getting weird emails from the Calontir Beads group on Yahoo? I think someone has a virus, but i'm unsure how to contact them.

Umm... Leofwyna, could you pass on the actual question/comment, please?  You say you don't personally have a "problem with it," but I've got no idea what exactly the "it" is.  I can't find any related posts in the last two months' archives on the listserv, so I'm guessing the subject came up at Moot?  Or on Facebook?

I'm embarrassed to say I don't know the answer to Holly Gage Hennecke's question about what is suitable to post on the Mag Mor list and hoped someone would answer her.  I see no problem with it myself but don't know what others who have been on the list longer think about it.  Comments?
