I use an X-acto School Pro for electric and a Derwent SuperPoint mini, which is a manual. The latter feels "rickety" when in use because you have to clamp it to the edge of a table, but the point is wonderful (I just hold it down carefully).

I've heard that Derwent made an electric version, but it can only be found now on e-bay and the like.
