Early Registration by paper form and check or money order must be postmarked by 1/31/2019. No paper forms postmarked after 1/31/2019 will be accepted. Early registration by PayPal by 1/31/2019 will be charged at the discounted price, below. PayPal registration made between 2/1/2019 and 2/15/2019 will be charged the at the door price, below. All registrations made by 2/15/2019 and not refunded will count in land allotments.
