The OCI International Conducting Studies Conference brings together researchers and practitioners for this three-day conference to generate interdisciplinary dialogue and further the development of the field of conducting studies. This year’s conference will include sessions on: empirical approaches to studying gesture, interdisciplinary perspectives on conducting pedagogy, diversification of repertoire, interpretation, leadership, historical perspectives and the rehearsal process.
